A couple years ago, my friends and I were convinced that ad executives were peering in our windows at night to discover the newest music we were listening to. Countless commercials, especially the ubiquitous VW ads, included music that we love.

Well, they haven't given up yet. Last night I saw the commercial for the new BMW X3 sporting a soundtrack from Amon Tobin, a Brazilian drum-n-bass DJ. Either we listen to music suited for commercials, or ad agencies have nothing better to do than spy on us.
