A baseball question
Let's say that a batter lasers a hit back to the pitcher's mound. As the pitcher jumps up to reach for the ball over his head, the ball tattoos itself in the webbing of his glove, and ball and glove fly off his hand. The ball, nestled in the glove, lands ten feet behind the pitcher's mound and the ball never touches the grass. Is this registered as an out?
